Planned as four residences through the special permit process, the project carries the property’s history forward while creating homes for contemporary living. The Italianate’s distinctive character establishes a sense of place, complemented by warm, inviting interiors by Meadow&Co. The design balances respect for the original architecture with the comfort and functionality of a modern home.
